The 2010 campaign consists of:
Data clean and build project for the largest corporate travel buyer database in Europe.
Segmentation of data by job titles (Travel Manager, Finance Director, PA etc) as well as by industry sector (pharmaceutical, legal, public sector, oil & gas etc) with targeted, meaningful communications sent to these groups.
80,000 pieces of direct mail sent by post throughout the campaign including invitations, tickets, conference brochures, previews, badges and tailored itineraries.
400,000 individual emails are sent in the run-up to the show to remind visitors to register, save the date and plan their trip.
An eye-catching advertising campaign published via the Show’s official media partners as well as niche publications read by the Show’s target audience. 143,000 tickets are inserted into magazines to invite their readers to visit.
An extensive PR campaign in the months leading up to the Show runs throughout all major trade and national press to maximise awareness of the event and its exhibitors.
The concierge service will telephone visitors pre-show to ensure they have all the information they need to make the most out of their visit.
