Pre–arranged Appointments in Three Easy Steps:
Step 1 – Registration
During our visitor registration process we will collect detailed information on spend, product interest areas and buying intentions for the next 12 months from over 3000 travel and meeting buyers.
Step 2 - Identifying buyers
Then, through a sophisticated automatic matching service and a manual search and filtering system, each exhibitor can easily identify the buyers who are interested in their products & services.
Step 3 - Buyer appointments
Exhibitors can then request an appointment with relevant buyers, email information and communicate with them pre-event. Our Executive Club Concierge Service will ensure that introduction and appointment requests are followed up by visitors.
